SupplyMaster is a Shopify app that connects your store to wholesale supplier catalogs and auto-imports products — variants, images, pricing, and inventory — directly into Shopify within minutes. It eliminates manual CSV work, keeps supplier data organized, and syncs everything automatically on a recurring schedule.
Whether you manage a few hundred variants or scale to hundreds of thousands, SupplyMaster simplifies the workflow at every level.
Who Is It For?
Blank apparel sellers — screen printers, embroiderers, and decorators who source blanks from wholesale suppliers and resell or customize them on Shopify.
Wholesale distributors — businesses that list large supplier catalogs on Shopify and need prices, inventory, and product data refreshed automatically.
Resellers and drop-shippers — merchants who rely on supplier stock levels and need real-time inventory accuracy to avoid overselling.
Multi-supplier merchants — stores sourcing from several suppliers who want one tool to manage all integrations in a single place.
Key Features
Automated Product Import — connect your supplier credentials once and import full catalogs into Shopify, including titles, descriptions, colors, sizes, images, weights, and barcodes.
Product Filtering & Curation — browse supplier catalogs and filter by brand, style, category, color, size, price range, and more. Import only what fits your store.
Field Mapping & Customization — map supplier data to Shopify fields, combine fields, apply conditional logic, and reformat text using Liquid formulas.
Price Markup & Formulas — set dynamic profit-margin formulas (percentage markups, tiered pricing, flat fees, rounding rules, price floors) applied on every sync.
Inventory & Price Sync — supplier inventory and pricing refresh automatically. Map individual warehouses to Shopify locations and set safety-stock buffers.
Variant Splitting (Legacy) — a legacy feature that splits products into multiple linked Shopify products by color or size. This was needed when Shopify limited products to 100 variants but is no longer required now that all stores support 2,048 variants per product.
Order Sync & Fulfillment — for S&S Activewear, automatically forward purchase orders to the supplier and receive tracking numbers back in Shopify.
AI+ Enriched Data — a one-time add-on per supplier that generates SEO titles, meta descriptions, multiple description formats, Shopify categories, tags, and more.
Sync Monitoring — a dashboard tracks every sync — what was imported, updated, and whether any issues occurred.
Hands-On Support — responsive support available directly in the app. The team can handle the entire supplier setup on your behalf if needed.
