Wholesale suppliers ship catalog data in their own format. Sometimes that structure does not match how products should appear in your Shopify store. SupplyMaster improves selected supplier feeds before import so your listings better reflect how items are actually sold.
This section documents those improvements. Each article explains what changed, what stays the same for your store, and what to do if you imported products before the update.
Documented Improvements
Supplier | Improvement | Article |
JDS Industries | Product grouping — related SKUs are split into separate products when they are different designs, not color or size options | JDS Improved Product Grouping |
More supplier feed improvements will be added here as they ship.
What These Improvements Do Not Change
Your variant SKUs — JDS item codes and other supplier identifiers used for ordering and inventory stay the same.
Your filters, field mapping, and sync settings — these continue to work as before.
Products you already customized — if you edited titles, images, or descriptions in Shopify, see Linking Existing Products to Supplier Inventory for how product mappings preserve your work during re-import.
