SupplyMaster supports multiple order workflows so you can dropship to customers, ship blanks to your warehouse, or combine many Shopify orders into one supplier purchase order (PO).
Choose Your Workflow
Set your order workflow based on the following two questions:
Do you ship directly to customers (dropship) or to your own warehouse?
If shipping to your own warehouse, do you want the orders combined or sent individually?
Quick Examples by Business Model
Pure dropshipper — Combine Orders = No, Ship To Address = Ship to customer, Shopify Fulfillment = When Supplier PO is placed.
Screen printer / embroiderer (one PO per customer order, blanks to the shop) — Combine Orders = No, Ship To Address = merchant address, Shopify Fulfillment = Manual.
Batch decorator — Combine Orders = Yes, Ship To Address = merchant address, set Minimum Order Value if needed.
Hybrid store — use two supplier connections (for example, “S&S — Dropship” and “S&S — Blanks”). Per-line routing on a single connection is not supported.
Dropship (One Order, One PO)
Use this workflow when each customer order should be fulfilled separately, typically with the supplier shipping products directly to the customer.

Batched Orders (Many Orders, One PO)
Use this workflow when products from multiple customer orders should be purchased together and shipped to your business for decoration or fulfillment.

Order Settings at a Glance
Configure the answers on Edit Supplier > Order Settings with Combine Orders and Ship To Address:
